  Easy, Fast and Convenient. Make sure you have an appointment or you many have to wait if they are busy.

  They were picking and choosing who to see, they were taking people who weren’t even signed in, kicked me out of a booth to take care of someone who wasn’t even there when I arrived.

  Not a walk-in friendly location... empty waiting room.... Waited 2 hours. The staff had no sense of urgency. There was a standby list with 6 people on standby and 4 appointments in the next 30 minutes flashing on the screen. I was only redirected here after concentra was unable to successfully draw labs. Not recommended for walk- in

  I had a scheduled appointment with quest. I arrived filled out the information on the screen and when it came time to have ny blood taken. A (small indian woman)just pops out of the door and shouts we cant take you here. Your insurance is no good. I offered to pay cash whatever it was. No she just yells please leave.

  Made me wait past my appointment. When they called me back they didnt have what was needed for the test. Then had me wait another 20 min. Sent me to another location. When I got to the next location they had no idea who I was and wouldn't accept walk ins so I had to make another appointment and wait another 30 min.
