  They don’t send results to doctor and when you call you can’t get a human. So we called billing and Lynette was very rude. I would never come here

  Been getting my lab work done at quest in Hackettstown for years. They have always been wonderful. I schedule it online, I get there come and check in and they call me within 10 minutes. I have never ever waited long at quest. They're professional. All phlebotomists are awesome!!! I get my lab work done and I'm out of there. Great people. Great place!!!!

  I was taken back in time for my appointment and in and out this morning quickly and efficiently. Lisa was great, no issue with using a butterfly, and got it done fast. Night and day experience from the other well know lab in town.

  They took me very quickly. The woman who took my blood was no frills and very efficient, she got my blood first try and the process was quick and easy. Not much to complain about 😊

  Very efficient! I am typically very nervous with blood work but the whole process was very efficient, I was in an out in ~5 minutes
