  The staff is so warm and friendly. Dr. Lalin is the BEST! He listens to you and remembers every detail and I'm so happy with the results of my cataract surgery.

  What a fantastic experience! First, you schedule an extremely thorough cataract evaluation appointment where they conduct several tests and scans of the eyes. They check your vision in an effort to determine if cataract surgery is indeed necessary, and also to determine what lens is best suited for each patient. Next, you meet with a scheduler who goes over insurances, appointment dates and times, and postoperative instructions so you feel properly informed prior to surgery. Then come surgery day. You arrive an hour early and are taken back promptly to the surgery center, which is located downstairs in the same building as the evaluation. The surgery doesn’t take more than about 10–15 minutes and when you wake up, you feel a bit sleepy and groggy. You go home with the help of a driver as it is not safe to drive immediately following cataract surgery. You come back the next day to be evaluated by Dr. Lalin himself. He seems to have a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients well-being. Highly recommend!

  After years of going to Lalin for my eye care I am now seeing a new doctor. Lalin failed to diagnose the random blindness I was suffering from, saying he couldn't find anything wrong. He sent me on the wrong path by suggesting i see a cardiologist for nonexistent high blood pressure. A new ophthalmologist diagnosed the high pressure on my eye and my condition has greatly improved. The new doctor performed tests that Lalin didn't perform so I feel confident with the new one. Lalin really let me down.

  Usually doctor's requesting reviews is an unethical practice; but I am leaving one. Here I am thinking, with an old prescription and no visioncare that his associate was going to fit me with glasses. My appointment with her was unnecessary since they don't deal with opticals. So, they sent me somewhere else where I will have to assume the total cost.

  Dr. Lalin and the entire staff are the best! My cataract surgery was scheduled quickly after a thorough assesment. Dr. Lalin explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions.The surgical team in Morristown was very kind, attentive, and professional. I’m grateful for everyone who contributed to successful surgeries.
