The Hackettstown PH facility is by far the friendliest, cleanest, and most well equipped that I have personally encountered. I have to give a shout out to Heather and Crystal for their kindness and efficiency. Whether it’s a smile while entering…have “a great day when leaving”… or even a personalized “hello Charlie” …this team is truly polished and professional. One day, I was confused with the black card spa machines, and I was asking questions and mitchell resolved all of my concerns. It was also very clean inside this gym.
