  Maria answered all my questions and was very helpful. The hearing test was very thorough and the results were explained to me very clearly.

  From the first phone call, to walking in the door the staff were Extremely courteous, friendly and answered all my questions happily. Probably the nicest office I've been to in awhile. The receptionist very pleasant and Sue explained things to me in a manner that I could understand completely. 5 plus in my book
