  Decent waiting time, but the service was atrocious. Was made to do a urine test TWICE. And the lady who ‘helped’ me (if you can even say that) was so rude. Rushing me, treating me like a child, and giving me attitude while giving a man such a sweet expression and being so gentle with him. Absolutely abhorrent. Will not be choosing this place again!

  As someone who is considered historically a hard stick, I was really nervous about coming here. The quest diagnostics in New York City aren't the greatest so I decided to try out New Jersey. I'm really glad I did because Myesha was super patient with me despite my veins being super deep and complex. She walked me through what she was going to do, and reassured me that she wasn't going to poke me unless she found something to work with. As someone who's had a lot of trauma with shitty phlebotomists, Myesha came a long way for me. Can't wait to go back in a year because she made me the MOST comfortable.

  The parking at this location was a little confusing (park behind the building and enter through the rear). Myesha was so nice, patient, and very efficient. Usually it’s a struggle to find a good vein in my arm but she was in and out like a pro.

  I was a little late for my appointment, however I as taken in anyway and the staff were very polite.

  Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. Melissa and Myesha were so gentle that she was done before I knew she was pulling the sample.
