  Whoever picks up the phone is rude and give generic answers claims to empathize but does nothing of the sort. I advised what my 15 month old child’s issue was and she says well we listen for trigger words to identify if it’s an emergency and proceeds to name things that require the 15 month old to tell Me which is obviously not possible. Robotic generic responses typical healthcare BS

  Seriously incompetent office/ scheduling department. Waited months for an appointment. Showed up, and they said the doctor had left because they had on the computer that "the father couldn't make the appointment". I said that's insane. I'm the father and all you have is my cell number that never happened. That day they booked me for a later date several weeks later. I called day of to confirm and they said that appointment was in a location over 50 miles from my house, not where I had gone the last time. I said forget it, I'm through with you people. Someone called me later that day to apologize and rescheduled me for today at original location. I had insisted it be after school and they confirmed both day and time. I showed up today and they said it is for a completely different day and time. And then tried to blame me for today AND the first appointment saying I was late which was a total lie and NOT what happened. Huge waste of my time and my daughter has needed to see a doctor for months... Shame on these incompetent people!!! They stink at their jobs. Stay away!!!!

  Our entire experience was great. The staff was kind and patient. Dr. Schlussel was wonderful, he took his time to educate us and answer any questions regarding our son.
