I cannot say enough good things about P.A. Walsh, who I address as Dr. Walsh because I see her knowledge and acuemen; and trust her implicitly. They run a busy, really good " show" here ; laughter is allowed, and I am just so comfortable and pleased with my experiences here. Can I give 10 stars?

Try calling them morning hours to avoid being disappointed on the phone. Also - to clarify - I spoke to one of your team members & wasn’t pleasant. So that’s what I meant maybe I caught them during the wrong hours of the day!

Most efficient practice I have seen in 15 years. They work like a well oiled machine. Everyone is pleasant and professional. They all smile when moving thru the office and are caring and most of all timely. Dr Ravits is AMAZING and so knowledgeable and listens to you and lets you explain why you are there. In my experience there wasn’t any interruption and very punctual. Also the waiting room had patients who have been going to Dr. Ravits for years. You don’t feel like you’re being pushed thru. Dr. Ravits is AMAZING AND HER STAFF SHINES WITH HER.

My recent visit to the doctor's office was quite the experience, to say the least. I decided to give this practice a try because of all the positive reviews, but my time there turned out to be anything but positive. I have no idea how this office could possibly have 4 stars. First off, the parking situation is a mess. There weren't enough spots for patients and staff, so finding a decent spot was like finding a needle in a haystack. I managed to get there about 10 minutes early, despite the chaos. Once inside, I had to fill out some paperwork. The guy at the front desk was nice enough, but then the waiting game began. I waited for waaaay to long ——55 minutes— almost a hour, before I was finally called back. Feeling a bit annoyed by then, I met with a woman who I assumed was either a nurse or a medical assistant. She didn't introduce herself, nor apologized for the wait, which was odd, and then proceeded to ask me questions that were already on the forms I filled out. After she left, another woman came in without introducing herself either and just asked, "What do you want us to do for you?" It was kind of off-putting, but I explained that I wanted to get checked for skin cancer due to my family history. She asked me to undress down to a gown, and commented to even take my hair out of its ponytail so I’d be “completely ready.” Eventually, the doctor came in, accompanied by a medical student. They didn't bother introducing themselves either, nor did they ask if I was okay with the student being there (which quite frankly, you’re supposed to do. Esp since you’re exposed during these exams). The doctor entire exam felt rushed, lasting only about 3-4 minutes (from when she came into the room to leaving), and that’s being generous. The doctor said I looked fine, gave me her cell number for some reason, and reminded me to wear sunscreen as she rushed out the door. My head was spinning. I was pretty surprised when I checked my watch and realized I had only been in the room for 10 minutes. The entire process was so rushed and unprofessional on all accounts. The icing on the cake was that as I was changing back into my clothes, an employee opened the door without even knocking and walked in on me! I was beyond frustrated! . I get that doctors are busy, but professionalism shouldn't take a backseat. They definitely need to step up their game.

Retraction to my previous review. Had a minor billing mistake which was corrected by Doctor Ravits quickly. No other issues with office.
