The workouts are challenging but approachable, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated every time I walk in. The coaches really care about your progress and make it a great place to stay consistent. Highly recommend.

I was a former member at the Verona location, so when I recently relocated, I was so happy to see there was an AFC close to me, it made the transition seamless. From the moment I joined, I felt so welcomed by the community. Everyone is incredibly supportive, and it truly feels like a team environment where people genuinely want to see each other succeed and get a good sweat in. The coaches are amazing and make such a difference. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and always push you to reach your full potential while still making sure you feel confident and capable. Huge shoutout to Coach Rachel, Grant, and Jesus! They bring such great energy to every class and really take the time to encourage and support everyone. If you’re looking for a place that will push you, support you, and make you feel part of something, this is it. Highly recommend!
