I want to say ,The Freehold Nj LensCrafters are very complete with their abilities to help with my needs for eyewear. I was also observing ,also how polite and compassionate to all customers needs , as customers were shopping for perspective eyewear . I noticed that it was important to the staff that the customers were made to feeling comfortable and confident that they were getting top notch service rendered and great quality products . I was there for a while going throughout the store looking at eyewear and the staff would continuously check on me and try very hard to hard to meet my needs. I wish I could give a higher stars than a 5 star review. The Freehold LensCrafters surely deserve top stars rating across the board!!

I worked with Salman at Lenscrafters at Freehold Raceway Mall. He is a professional, very polite and extremely helpful person. I generally struggle picking the frames. He pointed me in the right direction given my preferences, helped me pick between the three or four of my initial selection, giving me objective advice that I found useful. He then patiently explained the choices available to me in lenses with their pros and cons and finally the pricing and discounts. As a result, Lenscrafters has a very satisfied customer!!! I would rate Salman 10/10 for his help.

Excellent experience during the Presidents’ Day sale. I came in for new frames and initially forgot to use my vision benefits on the Tom Ford purchase as well as a special coupon. I returned to the store after realizing this and Apprentice Optician, Salman Mahmood generously helped me to cancel out (i.e. processed a return for) the initial transaction and process the new one using my benefits and the $50 coupon. He also gave me a quick debrief on the key features of my benefits and when I am eligible for new frames/lenses. In the end I saved an additional $95 on top of the holiday sale. This was truly much appreciated. Great job Salman and team (honorable mention for Miles).

I have been a customer for years. So I was really happy to have a new script to get sunglasses. Ok that being said I ordered my prescription sunglasses. When they said they were in I went to get them and instead of the lenses being sunglasses they were clear. Ok they said it was a misunderstanding and they should be done in a few days. Well it was about a week and I called to see if they were in. I was told they’d be in this day by three o’clock. I went there just shortly under 3 o’clock and they said they had to be cut into the glasses and they would’ve done in an hour. I called and a woman said they would be ready in ten minutes. So I went back and I said I was told my glasses would be ready in ten minutes. Well quite unfriendly and with a rather nasty reply the woman said it was me and I said twenty minutes. So half the staff was glaring at me through their lab window. So my point being you were so rude and that’s not the way you treat a paying customer. I will NEVER go back here again. I didn’t deserve the tone you used with me. I wish I had your name. You are so RUDE. Believe me I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Try brushing up on your people skills and be nice. And I know you’re not going to care but I don’t like being chastised and honestly you should care because you give Lens Crafters a bad name.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
