My ReSound Aids had to be sent back three times within the last 12 months, the left one twice and the right one once. In all three incidents ReSound never offered an explanation. At the very least ReSound should re-start the warranty from the date of purchase. As I said the staff is wonderful and understanding and four stars to them, but I question the reliability and dependability of the product.
