The first time was for in-ear monitors and this latest was for hearing filters for concerts. From making the appointment, meeting with the audiologist, having my questions answered and getting the right product everything couldn't have been easier. And isn't that what going to a specialist is supposed to be and too frequently is not? I highly recommend them.
