  The staff at this office is exceptionally unprofessional. I highly recommend reading the other reviews on Yelp. The front desk and billing staff are particularly unpleasant. They are not transparent about charges and then send you a bill with a dispute. One rude individual argues that the bill is for x-rays, while at our appointment, they assured us that our insurance would cover everything. They even ran insurance that day and provided me with that information. Subsequently, another rude woman called me, claiming that the charge was for a consultation. Again, no one ever informed me about a consultation charge. This did not happen on the day of our appointment, when we left, or when we returned for the procedure. This is clearly a scam.

  I've had multiple appointments with Dr. Paterson for extractions and implants - he has been great to work with every time! All details of the work I needed were explained very well with multiple options presented and recommendations for the best option. Dr. Paterson is caring and takes time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. Every single one of my visits went great, and the outcomes were exactly as previously outlined. The implants are holding very well after a few years. The assistants and scheduling staff are efficient, explain the procedure and payment info in detail, and are pleasant to work with. I would recommend Dr. Paterson and this practice to anyone. Thank you team!

  Dr. Patterson is a surgeon that I would completely recommend. He is knowledgeable, personable and proficient. Dental work, surgery, it’s all scary. He takes the concern away from his first words. Thank you for completing the dental procedure started by my dentist and making me feel at ease. It’s refreshing to know there are still doctors out there with excellent bedside manners.

  If you are in need of an excellent oral surgeon, my wife and I highly recommend Dr. Brian Paterson from Central Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A. When I had my tooth extracted in the Freehold office, the entire procedure took 30 minutes and the actual extraction took about 15 minutes. Afterwards, there was little bleeding and no pain. Dr. Paterson had an assistant who was outstanding. She was with me before the procedure, during the procedure and after the procedure. She explained in detail the procedure and what to do after it. She also called later that afternoon to find out how I was doing. Shame on me for not remembering her name.

  My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth out. Dr Paterson and his staff were very caring and did an amazing job of making my daughter feel comfortable. I was so glad I’d picked this Dentist!
