  Went to afc for the first time. Samantha at the front desk was extremelyyyy helpful and kind. From check in to check out she provided the best service I've ever gotten at an urgent care. I was really surprised by the speed and knowledge they had to offer. It was a quick visit without long waits. Would recommend any friend or family member to come here

  We had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Freehold when I brought my four-year-old daughter in. The staff was kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable right away. The provider was thorough and caring, and we were seen quickly without feeling rushed. Highly recommend for families! Special thanks to Tamara and Missy..!! They were outstanding..!!

  Rob, Sam, and Fleuris were the dream team for me. They went above and beyond to be communicative, compassionate, and professional! I had a piece of glass stuck in my foot and am not just grateful they got it out…I’m also thankful I got to meet some great humans that are top notch at their jobs. Humor and authenticity really help when you’re in a compromised situation. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Way better than going to the hospital! Thanks guys!

  Nurse Fleuron Sanchez and PA Gent Prelvukaj were extremely professional and helpful to me after I experienced a laceration to my right eyelid. The office was clean and they were very kind and efficient. I would return if needed. PA Gent went out of his way to connect me to a plastic surgeon who could help me. Even by following up with a phone call the next day. I am very grateful.

  I had such a genuinely positive experience at this urgent care that I felt like I needed to express my gratitude. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Samantha at the front was incredibly friendly and efficient, which immediately helped ease my nerves. Checking in was smooth and quick, and she was very kind and patient while answering my questions. The medical staff was just as wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to providing great care. Tamara, the nurse was attentive and compassionate, taking the time to listen and make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. It never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thorough they were. Rob the PA who saw me was excellent as well—very professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on and what the next steps were. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere. Every person I encountered was kind, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping patients. It’s not always easy to find healthcare providers who combine professionalism with such warmth and compassion, but this team absolutely does. If you’re looking for an urgent care where the staff is friendly, the providers are knowledgeable, and you truly feel cared for, I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.
