We kept hearing “out of stock, available the next business day after 5pm”, now we’re being told it’s on back order from the Co. No effort to check other stop&shops, No concern for the patient at all! So I call today, Friday 10-21 at 530pm only to be hung up on 9 TIMES IN A ROW! When the pharmacist finally picked up the phone she was rushed and rude admitting to hanging up on me because she’s the only one there!? I needed the name and strength of the medication to call around myself to try and find a pharmacy that had it! I have a family of 6 and will DEFF NOT be transferring our prescriptions over to this pharmacy! I would rather pay before dealing with this service!!
