  I had an intro Pilates class with Anna and it was great. I was the only one enrolled, so I had the chance to have a one-on-one session with her. She took the time to give me more information, focus on my form, and tailor everything to me. Pilates has a lot to focus on, so having that personalized attention made a big difference. It was a really positive experience and I’m looking forward to taking more classes

  SCAM. Dont bother going here. 3 month minimum commitment. And you need to send an email stating you want to cancel BEFORE you get charged for the month because they state that will charge you for an additional month after that. The way they write it on their contract is misleading. I am getting charge an additional month even though I sent an email 1 month before. But because it was 1 day after I was charged I need to pay for another month. This was not how it was explained to me when I signed up. AVOID. Also most of the instructors arent good unless its a few of them. Just put your money somewhere else.

  I couldn’t have asked for a better first class here. The entire team was friendly and Katreena was a great instructor. The class moved quickly but she always provided feedback and form correction.

  Anna is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is professional, attentive, and creates such a positive and motivating atmosphere. Every session is effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
