  Their hours are poor sand bo.one will help.me vy raking my wheelchair out of my car. So he tuned it while I was sitting in the car..an brought it out to me. What a misteak. Since then the left hearing aid stopped working and the lefr side of the box does not charge. Over $5000 and I am going on a year with one hearing aid. Why can't they be opened on weekends and help me by removing my wheehair from the car.

I first started working with Mike Cebulko and his team during Covid, when everyone was wearing masks and I suddenly realized how much I had been relying on lip reading to understand people.   Service is great but, products are not so good...keep going for "adjustments" but, still not hearing well enough🫤🫤🫤
