Once the doctor called one of the customers being helped back, this other customer happened to walk in. The assistant immediately helped him despite me waiting there for 5-10mins already. He was picking up glasses and having them checked. I left and came back, and I was finally asked if I needed help. However, the assistant said he’d help me after he helping someone (the lady he was initially helping who was called back by the doctor). She was still back there. So i waited a minute then left because I wasn’t about to make my ride wait longer. That was incredibly off-putting and felt disrespectful.
