  There was nobody in the waiting room yet I was told I’d have to wait an hour and a half, receptionist was rude and vague too, not very URGENT especially when there wasn’t a more then two ppl in the lobby, makes no sense…receptionist also wouldn’t give eye contact and keep playing with her lip with her finger…

  My experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care Marlboro- Englishtown location was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional front desk interaction. I arrived before 12PM as a walk-in and waited for over 45 minutes. During that time several patients were seen before me. I understand that scheduled appointments may take priority; however, there was no clear explanation of the expected wait time or transparency about the process. Patients deserve accurate information so they can make informed decisions about their care and time. When I for clarification, the receptionist, Nisha, responded in a confrontational and argumentative manner rather than addressing the concern professionally. As a returning patient, I had never experienced this level of poor communication before. I hope this location improves their front desk professionalism and communication to ensure a more respectful and organized patient experience.

  I was able to book a same day appointment. I was in and out . I was in the back for less than 20 min . My prescription was available right away at the CVS. The staff was extremely pleasant except for the lady at the front desk . She is not welcoming at all .
