  I love this location. Every employee here is kind and I'm never waiting for long. I always get my results within a day or two.

  Mr. Joe, supposed supervisor has horrible client / people skills. For starters, Called out my name 3 times in less than 3 secs. as if he had somewhere else to go. He mentions they are not doing the analysis I was there for because an issue they were having. I ask, so why are they taking these appointments ? Joes responded “I don’t know”. When I mentioned to him that he and his company were wasting peoples time he walked away. I find out they have had this issue for 3 weeks!! Quest Diagnostics you fail your clients by lack of info and wasting their time, and Joe should be in a position where he doesn’t deal with people. It would probably bring him some peace. Stay away from the Englewood Location

  Not the best experience. The blood drawing was rough and ill managed. Was even asked to fill out my own vials lol. Hoping to never return.

  Very organized and friendly. Easy to follow directions for signing in at the office, scanning your driver's license and insurance card. I've never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment.
