  Denise is truly amazing! The exercises she gives us have helped me so much not just in strengthening my body, but also in relieving the stress we carry from everyday life. Her guidance feels warm and supportive, and I feel so grateful for the care and attention she brings to every session. I can’t recommend this place enough! Katreena is an amazing Pilates instructor her warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly make every session special. She is the reason both my daughter and I started and stayed committed to Pilates. A special thank you to Kaleigh who is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She creates such a positive first impression and makes everyone feel comfortable right away. Even after a year, I’m still here along with many others, which speaks volumes. It’s more than just a workout you feel supported, encouraged, and part of a wonderful community. I’ve even brought my friends to experience it. Highly recommend!😊

  Katrina was a great teacher for my free intro class. She was great at explaining exactly what we should be doing and corrected us with sensitivity. She also had a lot of energy, and a sense of humor.
