- SHSimone HeffernanAug 27, 20251.0I got up at 5 AM this morning and came to the 6 AM class. Got there 10 minutes early as expected, ready to work out. Doors were closed. No instructor showed up. At 6:03 I received a text that class is canceled. Spoke to frustrated women in the parking lot, apparently this is not uncommon. This place has absolutely no respect for people‘s time!

- AEAna EnersenJun 12, 20251.0I joined club Pilates a few years and had to stop because I could never get into classes.when I joined this time again I told them about that and they told me I had to learn how to play the game to get into classes. Well I have never been able to get into ONE class. Once in a while I would get a text after 11 pm that a class was open now in the morning. I have a job and can’t do this. I’ve been asking many times for them to stop trying to charge my credit card and calling and texting me hassling me. People should know that this is a scam. I’ve tried numerous times to go in person and speak with them. They assured me that I was removed and won’t be called anymore…..I’m still being called. My next stop is the better business bureau.Pa this is only the second bad post I’ve written I’m my life. I really don’t like doing this but I’m being forced to now.
