  My initial issue was a boil on my upper thigh deep enough to require packing. As a result, I've made several visits to AFC Urgent care on 1&9 next to Citigrocer. I'm around the corner so its super convenient. First visit i immediately noticed how clear the waiting area is. Wait time for me each time was under 15 minutes. The doctor, Dr. Synthia was very knowledgeable, professional and a great listener. I was lanced, packed and out the door with minimal pain. This was my first time visiting an urgent care and for medical issues that you feel require a doctors attention but not quite an emergency please I urge you to utilize this service. You will be glad you did. 5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I usually go here but today I felt like the Dr was trying to downplay my illness. I tested “negative” for the flu and was gonna be sent home with Motrin until I mentioned I was exposed to the flu and I said I’m pretty sure I have it. He said it was a small virus they don’t test for , and I told him it doesn’t feel small to me. Went to my Primary care physician as soon as they opened and sure enough tested positive for the flu. My Dr also told me the mg of the Motrin was too high and he wouldn’t recommend to continue taking it.

  From the moment I walked in everything was simple to check in. The receptionist was very welcoming and caring, she answered any questions I had. The Nurse and Doctor were also very kind and caring. They listened to my concerns and why I was visiting the urgent care. Also the doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me and sent over all the prescriptions I needed to the pharmacy so if I could give this place a 100/100 I would cause a 10 is not enough. God bless you all and thank you so much.
