  I didn't wait at all for my daughter to be seen but the nurse practitioner was not too caring, we went with many symptoms, fever, not appetite and constipation and she only practice a covid test and that was it. Take Tylenol which I been giving her already... I will never go back to this particular place.

  To say I'm disgusted with urgent cares.Service is an understatement. You are forgotten there as a patient.The only thing they care about is the hundred dollar copay , that they are more than willing to rush to get from you. The front desk service is a joke.There is no one there to help you.You must sign in you to use your phone. Barely have enough experience where expertise to talk to you like a human being.All they care about is there a hundred dollar co pay. Once you in it doesn't matter if you came there thirty times you are forgotten , they will not remember , you are nothing to them , but a hundred dollar copayment. The level of health care is atrocious to say the least. I wouldn't care if I'm bleeding through my head. I will never go to that place or any urgent care for that matter. Again. I would rather go to a hospital.

  I’m so grateful for the care I received from Danny today. He was not only professional but also very compassionate and reassuring. He made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and comfortable. I was so happy this time I found someone who speaks Spanish! Thank you for going above and beyond.

  When I arrived the lobby was BLASTING Spanish music so loudly. The woman at the front had to yell to get my attention. This is a place where people go when they aren’t feeling well and you’re going to blast rap music? Very strange. Got denied health care at this place because a random girl behind the counter doesn’t know how to verify insurance. It’s disgraceful. Probably the reason this place is empty on a Saturday as well. Also she claimed they only accept insurance from NJ even though my insurance was listed on their website. Even if this is true, what kind of Urgent care (whose literal job is to provide care urgently to people) only accepts insurance from one state? I have government insurance that’s been used everywhere from South Dakota to North Carolina. One of the best plans to exist. If you need help in your time of need I highly recommend going to any other urgent care if you value your peace.

  I came in with my child, who was experiencing severe foot pain, and we received attentive care at AFC Urgent Care Elizabeth. At first, I felt that something might have been missed, and I was understandably upset, because there’s nothing worse than seeing your child in pain. However, I was pleasantly surprised by what followed. The doctor checked in with us every day after our visit, monitoring her condition and suggesting ways to improve it. The staff was consistently responsive, kind, and accommodating, going out of their way to support our specific needs. We truly felt valued and cared for. Thank you very much!
