  Very happy. John was outstanding in explaining my results, how the hearing aid would help me. Was very patient with my many questions, and made sure I understood the many options that are available. He made sure they connected to my phone and how to customize that. His courteous demeanor and patience, as well as his thorough knowledge was outstanding.

  Best experience ever ! Miracle-Ear this is the second pair that I have had and they are very good and reliable. I’m at Mays Landing and I’m with Michael and he’s a pleasure to work with I drive 40 minutes to get here. I’ve had this pair approximately three years and I’m here for a cleaning .Great experience, thank you Miracle-Ear !

  As most may know, it isn't easy to convince a loved one that they can't hear. Getting them to go for a hearing test can be an arduous task. I finally convinced my mom she needed to have her hearing checked so we went to Miracle Ear where we were pleasantly greeted by Janet, when we first walked in. She was so sweet to us and that helped ease the apprehension my mom was experiencing. We then met with John for her hearing test and he was excellent. He explained everything in detail to us and was very patient with my mom. We greatly appreciated the care we received and mom is now looking forward to getting her new hearing aids.

  They are adhering to social distancing measures, positive professional. Very patient with my mother, explained plan and testing.. We have a follow up appointment next week
