  Phenomenal experience. When I got there, I was taken in within two minutes. I had an appointment at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. Angelica R. assisted me with my drug screening. She was thorough, informative, calm, and professional. She conversed with me too, to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The whole process took under 10 minutes. Thank you for making it quick, painless and easy. I appreciate it.

  The facility itself is clean, and most of the phlebotomists are professional and kind — except for Shaira. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing. She came across as rude and condescending. Any questions about the procedure seemed to annoy her, and when I asked for clarification, she raised her voice instead of responding respectfully. Kindness is free, manners are free, empathy is free.

  My appointment was for 8:30 and they called me in about 5 minutes earlier. One technician was at the computer inputting my information while another technician drew my blood. I was in and out very quickly. Facility is bright, clean and staff is efficient and very friendly. Very happy with my experience.
