I’ve sent multiple friends there and this will be the 4th pair I’ve purchased from this store in the past few years. This time I brought my son to get his glasses. The sales manager Britany now recognizes me just from making a few purchases. She always goes above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. And even if I come back multiple times for adjustments she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I walk out happy with comfortable glasses and a smile on my face too.
