We went back and forth about insurance over the phone prior, but eventually we booked and we were looki g forward to coming. Then when I showed up they told me I they didnt take my insurance. I talked with them through the narrative and the receptionist said, " well I dont know who you talked to, but it wasn't me." I then said, we'll if you dont take my insurance I am not going to stay." Just was a very awkward moment, and I wouldn't want someone else to go through that.

They treated us with respect and there were plenty of staff to take care each and every patients with care and undivided attention. My daughter is not scared to go to the dentist.
