I visited **four Planet Fitness locations** and also called **before the due date** to cancel my membership. I physically went to the Edison location, and the **same staff member who is on shift today** confirmed that my cancellation was fully completed. Your camera footage is proofread of it . He has behaved rude and has not been transparent . If there is a difference between and employee and manager than if concerns are reported he either has to be transparent or escalate to hierarchy. He can not deceive and immediate honesty and transparency of conversation is required to be addressed . Iam.also reporting to headquarters at new hampshire .

- ALaaron legrandSep 20, 20251.0Garbage establishment recently after a year of going to this gym in my regular attire overnight they’ve decided to implement new policies that were never enforced to begin with all the day time members are truly abysmal and hard to communicate with the management doesn’t keep up with their policies properly so don’t go here don’t waste your time one day you’re good the next day you can’t come in because your shoes don’t fit what they want YOU to wear
