I absolutely love this location! All the staff are always extremely kind!! Rebeca is my go to associate tho I must say, she is ALWAYS patient with me & ALWAYS goes above and beyond! I am an extremely indecisive person, and she always helps me find the perfect fits! she’s also extremely patient and kind to my children! I’ve been shopping for eye glasses here two years now, and couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service!

I recommend this eyewear retailer because they assisted me in repairing my progressive lenses and did not even charge for their services. I had dropped my glasses and several days later found them in the street with the metal frame bent and appeared unrepairable. I went to several eyewear shops but none could repair it. Instead they tried to sell me a new pair. I then stopped by the LensCrafters at Menlo Park and explained my misfortune . The Lab Tech, Zaneb, asked me if it was my only pair and I replied yes. She then told me not to worry, she would do her best. Then , ten minutes later she came back with the frames straightened out and lenses reattached, like normal. I want leave this positive Google review, in show of my appreciation.

Zaneb was a pleasure to work with, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and genuine care she showed in all our interactions. She was attentive, intuitive and incredibly patient while she made adjustments to my new glasses, which felt uncomfortable. Thanks to her expertise, she identified the source of the issue and provided an effective, practical solution. Thank you, Zaneb- Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
