  Made an appointment a couple months ago cause I was having pain and the dentist here misdiagnosed me and was recommending extremely unnecessary surgeries that seemed a bit ridiculous so I eventually went elsewhere to get a second opinion since the pain was only getting worse. I found out I had an infection in the mouth that just needed a simple treatment. A misdiagnosis that left me in pain for weeks. Don't go here unless you want to be pressured into unnecessary surgeries that aren't medically necessary for you.

  It's with some regret that, after nearly ten years of being a patient, my family and I will be moving our care to a new dental practice. Unfortunately, we've recently experienced a few issues that have caused us to lose confidence. The first was a medical concern: a shard of titanium was left inside my son's tooth after a procedure. We were told this happens, but it was not removed, which is concerning to us. The second was a financial policy issue: my husband's recent appointment was canceled because he was only informed of his full out-of-pocket cost on the day of service, rather than in advance. When he was unable to pay the full amount that day, he had to cancel, and he was later refused service entirely. We feel these incidents reflect a concerning lack of attention to both patient care and communication. This focus on financial policies over the well-being of long-term patients has been a major turnoff for us. As a result, we will be transferring the dental records for our family of four to a new provider.

  Had a great experience, everyone in the staff was professional and very down to earth. All the staff made me feel welcome and secure and I had no issues or discomfort getting my wisdom tooth extracted. I intend to make this my permanent place for dental work and others should consider coming here as well.
