  I took my dad there (Sunday afternoon) because he had sustained a superficial cut on his leg. Both the doctor and the nurse treated him very well.

  My husband and I waited over an hour and a half before we decided to walk out without seeing anyone. It was not a particularly busy day for the urgent care and we were bundled into the same exam room despite having two separate check in’s. Not the care or service we expected. Three people were sitting around the nurses desk chatting. One of which was overheard asking loudly how to send a script for a patient with a certain infection. We won’t be back and we be telling our family, friends and neighbors to avoid the place.

  Chris Walden is the best!!!I had to visit him the day after my " boutique" doctor as my laryngitis was quite annoying, but it was also the dry cough. He listens carefully to his patients and is quite empathetic with people of all ages from what I've witnessed. Got the prescription I need and it's working already on the cough! Thanks Chris, please don't leave urgent care!

  We brought our toddler in for a simple visit and rapid flu test. The provider spent barely a few minutes with us. Almost the entire visit was spent waiting for the rapid flu test results, not actual medical care. Yet this practice had the nerve to bill it as CPT 99204, a high-complexity code reserved for significantly longer and more detailed evaluations. That is a complete and total lie. It has zero connection to the minimal, rushed service we actually received. They are now attempting to bill $1,300 to our insurance over this. This is nothing but blatant upcoding and insurance fraud to pad their profits. Charging premium rates for a few rushed minutes of basic care is outrageous, unethical, and predatory. We are disputing this aggressively through our insurance and demanding a formal coding review. If you go here, scrutinize every single line of your bill like your wallet depends on it. Total rip-off. Do not trust their billing practices.

  Disappointing experience based on all the great reviews. The receptionist was rude, was told our insurance was inactive and had zero recourse when we showed her the plan number in the insurance portal, the wait time was long, and when we finally saw the doctor the prescription was sent to a pharmacy that he recommended only to arrive at said pharmacy with no script for our daughter according to the pharmacy. Overall disappointing experience with this urgent care location.
