- JJJanApr 24, 20261.0Have gone to 4 Pearle Visions, have had issues with 3 of the 4. Bridgewater, Woodbridge and East Brunswick. Would strongly tell anyone to stay away from this company. They promise glasses will be in and then they never come in-keep calling and calling (all you get is the run around). And they quote different prices for the same frames and lenses at their different locations. When you try to contact the head of these stores-crickets! No wonder their stores aren't responsive. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Chawla brings the perfect mix of sass and expertise, Leo and Jaylee worked their magic behind the scenes, and Evelyn was so sweet, smart, and helpful with helping me choose my glasses that I walked out with two pairs! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and fun. They made the whole experience smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. If you want top-tier service and amazing people, this is the place! 👓👩🏫🤓

Called the office, found out my prescription expired a year ago AFTER I paid. They then proceed to tell me they weren't sure how the contacts were able to be ordered the last 2 times! I would have gotten the eye exam but they failed to bring it up. I would NOT recommend going here as they obviously have no clue what they are doing. Reported to BBB and the board for issuing a contacts to an expired prescription. Waiting to hear back and will follow up. So illegal.
