- FAfrank amendolaApr 22, 20261.0Had a dental appointment for April 21st, at 10 AM went there. Nobody was there. I called left a message never got a reply. I called the next day. I get a snotty receptionis, telling me that they sent out a mass text. (Like, that's the proper way to cancel an appointment) Closing that day. I never received ( telling me it must have went into a span folder. Who checked Spam folders?) I wanted to reschedule another appointment. She was snotty and said we don't take your insurance as of May 1st any longer anyway. This is not a way to handle a cancelation of an appointment that the Dentist office is canceling, not the customer. You pick up the phone and you speak to somebody. I believe it was done on purpose, because they were not taking my insurance as of May 1st and my appointment was the 21st of April. This is what you gotta deal with when you deal with them. The snotty spiraled haired mop headed receptionist that is always playing the VICTIM instead owning up. This is a trait she uses in her personal life as well.

I was amazed that I was able to see someone the same day, and able to see the oral surgeon the next day. Luckily everything was all good in my favor, and now I just need about 6 weeks to recover in order to have my basic dental care with them. Great first experience and would highly recommend!

I was so nervous walking into the office because of the issues I was having with my teeth but from start to finish I was put at ease and alleviated of all the concerns I was having. Shout out to my hygienist Dora, she was so sweet, walked me through all the steps of scans/x rays/cleanings, answered all my questions and had me walking out of there in such a better place! 10/10 highly recommend!
