We went and when they discovered that I had Costco hearing aids, they didn’t seem interested in talking to us. There was no hearing test and they were not able to compete with my Costco hearing aids. They said theirs was more clear but cost approx. $5,000.00, compared to mine which was $1400.00. We left and they promised us a gift card for coming in which we never received. I thought the whole thing was a high priced scam. Just Beware

It's about the one on one you have with the staff and how much they are available to help you when you are having an issue. My client base store is in Cherry Hill and my aids were acting up and I called my branch and no one was available to help me at that time but Annette went out of her way to make sure that I was taking care of and contacted the Deptford Branch to see if someone could take care of me. Sebastian has agreed to squeeze me in his busy schedule and when I arrived and met him his was so professional and super helpful. He was able to get my aids back on track. Sebastian the Audiologist took time to explain my hearing loss and showed me that with a hearing aid how my hearing could improve. Since this was a major life changing purchase, I did my homework and shopped with Miracle Ears competitors. Miracle Ear offered the best product, most comphrensive testing, and knowledgeable staff.
