Every employee was extremely helpful with everything from verifying insurance to choosing frames. The exam was thorough and they have a great selection of frames. They explained what my insurance covered and I was very happy with the final cost.

It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and professionalism, and it truly made a difference in my experience. I live in London (and used to live in the US, when I first purchased a pair of glasses from Warby Parker in NYC and loved them), but the individual who helped me, Lux, was super understanding about my concerns in ensuring when I do get my glasses (in two months), I will have time to adjust them if they are not right. I was happy to have found a place so close to my parent's place and one that has unique frames as well as one that is well priced. The individuals at the store (all of them), were all also very helpful. I felt very looked after.
