I live in London (and used to live in the US, when I first purchased a pair of glasses from Warby Parker in NYC and loved them), but the individual who helped me, Lux, was super understanding about my concerns in ensuring when I do get my glasses (in two months), I will have time to adjust them if they are not right. I was happy to have found a place so close to my parent's place and one that has unique frames as well as one that is well priced. The individuals at the store (all of them), were all also very helpful. I felt very looked after.

I looked at the hours, and thought maybe I’d made a mistake when I added the appointment time to my calendar- because the hours on the door sat 10:00 is when they open. So I sat in my car to wait until I saw someone open the door. Only to have the staff say that I was late. I explained and they refused to see me! WTH did they make an appointment for me for 9:45 when they open at 10:00. (Did anyone tell me prior to knock on the door? No.) I’d previously sent 2 of my family members there and paid their bills. Then when it was my turn, they screwed me over. Wouldn’t give them another dollar or refer anyone else there. So if you get a 9:45 appointment, stand outside the locked door in the cold, wind or rain knocking like a fool.
