  If I could give zero stars, I would. On May 18th of this year, I made an appointment with them, and when I arrived, they canceled it. They only canceled, and the only alternative was to reschedule, so I had to adapt to their schedule. I am the customer, the one who pays in advance. Sorry, but your business isn't a charity. I don't have the time you want, and I'm not going to adapt my schedule to yours either. I asked for my money back, and all they did was have me reschedule the appointment. I don't care about the money; you can keep it. You actually kept it. When a company provides a service and asks me to evaluate it, I always do and try to be as professional as possible. We are all subject to evaluations in our work. I'm just doing this so they know there are bad assessments too. P.S.: Don't call me or write me; I won't delete the comment.

  7 months ago I left a 5 star review. For good reason, The crew was great. As a senior citizen everyone was careful not to overdo the sessions. I loved it and I was very generous to the staff with tips. Then I needed to back off a bit so I took a hiatis for a few months with intentions to return. Stretch Lab kept billing me each month to my credit card. No one from Stretch Lab bothered to call me.My accountant noticed it and I called. Can't discuss the issue on the telephone. Nope...you have to send an e mail to the owner, (great customer service) well...according to him and his scammy ways there is fine print in the contract. I noticed another client had similar issues and his review was met with a diatribe from the smarmy owner. I can use the credits but have to finish by December 31. TOTALLY INFLEXIBLE if you will pardon the pun. If he gave me ample time to use my credit I would have continued. He has policy don't you know. I say stay away from this guy but find a more reputable Stretch Lab. The concept is great and the stretching is good for your health. I'll be dealing with American Express to get the scam reversed. BTW...he will protest with a heartfelt reply to this review.

  I didn’t know what to expect. I was stretched in ways I did not know my limbs could stretch. It was like a massage and physical therapy at the same time. I look forward to my next visit.
