- RRRene RaymondJun 16, 20221.0Terrible experience. Booked for a first time 6:30PM class and paid $10.00 . My friend and I were asked to come at 6:15 to fill out paperwork and get the bike set up. A little bit of a challenge parking but we arrived by 6:20. The manager told us we could not take the class and would need to rebook. Both my friend and I have taken spin before and would have gladly signed off on the documents and been able to get set up on the bike in the 10 minutes we had prior to class. The manager was abrupt and would not even consider accommodating us even with 10 minutes to spare prior to class. With all of the options for both full service gyms and a bunch of boutique gyms in the immediate area... no thank you! They had 3 people at the desk that could of had us taken care of in minutes. Very bad business decision.
