From the moment I walked in, the staff and the manager were welcoming and attentive; especially, Leorenny, Mary, Jazmin, Dr. He and of course the store manager Melissa. They incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the results of my exam and helped me navigate the wide selection of frames without ever feeling rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. I particularly appreciated their honest advice on which frames suited my face shape and lifestyle. The whole process was smooth, protessional, and genuinel) enjoyable.
