- KSKim SmithAug 25, 20251.0Stop & Shop pharmacy is extremely disappointing. Every time I go in, the staff is required to overwhelm patients with vaccination pitches, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, my prescription alerts were never reliable. I constantly had to call in just to find out why it wasn’t being filled and I asked them several times to update my daughters phone number for her own alerts and they still cant get it right. After dealing with this for far too long, I finally switched to another pharmacy.

Tom the pharmacist actually stopped us from filling a wrongfully prescribed medication that would've had adverse effects, contacted the pediatrician to alert them, and helped me get the new prescription for the correct medicine. How amazing is that? The techs are lovely and kind and always have patience when I call to refill or with questions. They have a delivery service to local people which is amazing!
