You took my $49 for the stupid annual fee or whatever which I did not even know was a part of the $15 membership as I am a broke college student and was going for the cheapest membership. Not only did it go in once but it went in again another time and it just keeps taking my money and giving it back I couldn’t even make my payments the other day bc they keep making my account negative!!

It’s terrible that you have to hope that your gym will be open at the time they say they are. Especially when youre waking up early expecting for them to be open then to have to go back home cause you’re just sitting in the parking lot with no explanation.
