  I have no issues with the center or staff, but for the protection of your staff and donors, this center needs armed security, two incidents in one week no security people act out, I hope you take notice before it gets worse.

  Kyri is the best! Always on his A game and knows how to do his job well. He makes me feel comfortable every-time I come in.

  The center sends emails offering a bonus to return if you have not been there in a few weeks typically $50 as 25 over two donations. The bonus is not automatically added, and every time I’ve gone for the offer I’ve had to call and follow up to get the bonus added. This final time I did call and still did not get the bonus. I believe these emails are a scam just to get people come in and they have no intention of giving you the bonuses unless you call repeatedly.. The initial payment does hit quickly, I will say that, but if you’re going for the sake of a bonus as I was, it isn’t worth that the time. The staff is always lovely and does their best. This is a reflection on management and administration not the staff working in the center.

  I've been a new donor here this month and I've had a great experience. Registration on my first day was quick, and now I'm in and out within 2 hours. They actually have chairs in all the waiting areas, unlike some other plasma centers that I've gone to in the past where I've had to stand in line for 2 hours. Management and staff are all very friendly, have good chemistry between them, and you can tell they care about their job. Kyri brings a positive vibe to the floor! He always has me laughing and makes sure to take extra care when hooking me up. Overall I really like it here. This seems to be one of the nicest and easiest plasma centers in the area, and I look forward to coming back for a while as this is an easy way to make some extra cash!
