  Been goin since September and the amount of “Bad” experiences vs good ones is microscopic 😭. Usually in and out never no problem and money hit quick

  I have to say my second experience here was the best! The Rn Kim King and Center manger Marcus Shivers are so welcoming and good spirit people that made me feel welcomed compared to the first nurse that assisted me I recommend going here

  I used to love going here before any other plasma place. I love all the old girls that been working there. But the new girls they have now Angela and Kamya. They are both the worse employees in Kedplasma. They both are very rude and unprofessional. They both talk about the patients that come to Kedplasma. They hate doing their job. Kamya lies to donors over the phone when they call and ask if their taking new donors and she also lies about what time they close everyday because she does not want to work all she wants to do while she’s at work is play around. She does not take her job serious. She hates her job she is only there for the money and that’s awful. I would not recommend Kedplasma ever again because of their employees and their new management as well. They don’t do anything about their employees behavior.

  As a New Donor here for the past month I've had a very positive experience donating at KEDPLASMA! My very first visit I was greeted by a lovely beautiful woman Name Kamaya She's always smiling cheerful and uplifting whenever I see her. There's also a gentleman Name Kasim he's always polite and does a phenomenal job on the back end in his profession of phlebotomy always calm and patient. I really do appreciate and very much grateful to say thank you to all the wonderful staff at this facility. ✨ God bless you all -Shanita

  I been coming to Kedplasma for a very long time. All the girls in there no me very well. I have had the worst experience coming there lately. There is this new girl in the front name Kamya and she is very rude and very ignorant. She has said stuff out loud about me and acts like I can’t hear her. She is an awful person to work for this company. She makes everyone uncomfortable because she is very unprofessional always talking about personal life on the floor. She does not like to help anyone when they ask for assistance.
