After waiting 10 minutes, I had to ask for a pen to even sign in. A staff member acknowledged me with a "hello," only to then grab the sign-in sheet and walk into his office, leaving me stranded. For 55 minutes, I was completely ignored. No one asked if I needed help. To add insult to injury, I called the facility three times from the waiting room, and no one answered the phone. When I finally had to interrupt the only busy screener, I was told I needed my physical ID and proof of address—information that could have been provided to me an hour earlier. This center is unprofessional, uncaring, and has a blatant disregard for the donors who are essential to their operation. Do not waste your time here. I will not be returning.
