  I walked in at 11:20 for bloodwork. I signed in, had no issues on the tablet, and sat down. There was no one in the waiting room and the tablet confirmed no one ahead of me. The phleb immediately comes out and tells me I won't be seen because policy states they don't take walk-ins after 11. I understand corporate policies are not in employee's control. But I am eight months pregnant. Due to my work schedule and Quest's awful hours, I can only go on Saturdays, which is difficult in of itself because I am a single mom. So the fact that I was turned away forty minutes before closing when no one was there, absolutely disgusts me. If the waiting room was full, I would understand. I now have to wait another week to get bloodwork that I needed because of this. So thank you Quest, I will not be coming back.
