But then we had a problem with them when they arrived. We went back to the store and the experience was phenomenal. We were irritated prior to arriving because we had to go back. But once there we were treated respectfully and with great concern and kindness. First, one of the assistants Felix Thompson was so compassionate and friendly that we were smiling and happy to be there. He was incredible. Then we spoke with James who did everything he could to make it right. OVERALL WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
