The workers there have almost helpful and courteous to me (can only remember the names of Christian and Rich right now). I had an incident once where the store manager called to tell me my frame got damaged. By the time I got back to the store I still feeling disappointed but by the time I left the store, I was in a positive mood because they took accountability for their action and there was sincerity on their part. That day, I believed it was Rich who helped to correct the problem by sourcing a new glasses of my liking , getting the glasses fitted properly and ensured I was notified once my new glasses was ready.
