Affinity Healthcare Group is a growing company dedicated to the recovery of our patients. Our mission is to provide an evidence-based team-oriented approach in a compassionate atmosphere. We are a caring community of Behavioral Health Specialists who focus on treatment for those faced with Opioid Use Disorders. The merging of medical staff and certified counselors creates an environment for a holistic approach to treatment. Patients have the benefit of a team supporting their success through treatment planning, clinical staff meetings, group education, and individual counseling. We encourage collaboration in sessions with nurses, family members, counselors, and physicians. Our interventions utilize person centered CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Community resources are integrated into each treatment plan to explore support and physical well being for those we serve. Our goal is to continue to develop our skills with local and national training.
