My appointment was canceled just 30 minutes before the scheduled time—while I was already driving there—even though I had confirmed it multiple times via their automated texts. When I asked to reschedule, they wanted to charge me an additional $200. Completely unacceptable experience

He remembered me from the first encounter in the North Plainfield office. He was just as nice today as he was then. He explained every part of the procedure as he went along, I thought that was great. I had no surprises when he started to work on my tooth. His assistant and receptionist were fantastic and very cordial. If you are ever in need of Endodontic services, I highly recommend that you call Modern Micro Endodontics and ask for Dr. Cefelli. 12/15/25

I had a tooth turn bad and they managed to fit me in same day, and worked close with my dentist to make everything seamless. Dr. Cifelli is top-tier, made a root canal of a molar more pleasant than a filling. I was in, out, and back to chomping in no-time. It wasn't my first root canal, but he did it the best!

Then Dr. Cifelli performed a thorough exam followed by a clear and concise explanation of the exam along with the results of my scans. I highly recommend Dr. Cifelli and Modern Micro.
