- LLLOEYCITYJan 22, 20265.0I was extremely nervous and in a lot of serious pain and swelling when walking in. I was referred to this place by my dentist and they were able to take me in for my emergency. From start to finish the staff was extremely nice and care taking given that I have a lot of anxiety and pain sensitivity. They made sure to explain to me the process of a root canal, and made sure I understood everything given it was my first one. It was a painful thing to get done cause my swelling was so bad but they did such a great job taking care of me. Next visit I will feel a lot more comfortable finishing up my root canal knowing I’m in good hands!

Dr David Cifelli might look young but knows his stuff. No rush and ample time to get numbed up. Biggest thing is he and his staff take the time to explain what to expect before they do it. Had to break for a minute but their patience helped get me chilled out. Really appreciated that. Next day now. Zero swelling and no pain! Amazing job. They got skills!

My appointment was canceled just 30 minutes before the scheduled time—while I was already driving there—even though I had confirmed it multiple times via their automated texts. When I asked to reschedule, they wanted to charge me an additional $200. Completely unacceptable experience
