  My first time at this Urgent Care. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Medical Assistance was great and was thorough and did proper testing on my symptoms. Dr was also very good 👍

  Staff was excellent. I was taken right on time. Doctor was excellent and explained everything so it was easy to understand.

  I had a disappointing experience at this AFC Urgent Care. The diagnosis I received didn't seem accurate, and the medication prescribed didn't help at all. The visit itself was very brief - the doctor only did a quick check and didn't perform any meaningful examination or tests. I was still charged around $120 out of pocket, which feels quite expensive for the level of care provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. karmel Louis and the receptionist, Kara From the moment I walked in, they treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Dr. Karmel was incredibly attentive, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me with everything I needed. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly cares about their patients the way she does. I also want to give special recognition to Kara at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, patient, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their kindness and professionalism truly touched my heart. I’m so grateful for the care and support I received, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and dedicated medical team.
