  Website stated they except Medicaid. They wouldnt even check the number on the card , told us they do not accept . Cancelled appointment without even going over anything else to be seen.

  Worst urgent ever. Do not go here, they do not care about treating patients. All they care about is money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  Came here Monday 03/09/26 for a cut on my left index finger. Nichole was the Nurse who assisted me, she was so sweet and professional. I would have gave 5 stars but front desk could have been more pleasant. And the young lady Nichole asked to clean me up after getting stitches before bandage, did not clean my wound as told. She just bandage me and let me go. I ended up unwrapping it at home and cleaning replacing with new bandage. Will be back soon to get stitches removed.

  I visited urgent care clinic in Burlington to have my chest and throat examine due to previous Covid infection that I am still experiencing since visiting there. I am not happy. My wait time was well over 30 minutes and The practitioner nurse proceed to see other patient before me I was placed in rm4 and very much aware of her taking other patients ahead of.The link for me to give my review was taken down before I could give this Practitioner results on February 25, 2026.I walked out feeling Insulted when no one else was in the room she was sitting there like I didn’t existed. The assistant who took my pressure was OK, but it doesn’t take a nurse that long to see a patient. I am also in the medical field of nursing in school for for 30 years and now I am retired. Maybe she needs to think about retiring herself.

  Went there today and was in and out in no time. Super friendly staff from start to finish, very clean and updated technology and offices. Highly recommend!
